This is only a suggestion, it may be the standard wiring loom on a 2.0 is different to the all other models ,
Might be worth trying a 2.0 from the year either side , if they are available, email or call them as it may be web page issue
I've only had my e85 for a week now and trying to learn as much about it as possible.
Discovered today that if I hold the open button on the keyfob it lowers the roof after about 5 seconds. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to do the opposite of I hold the lock button.
How would I tell of this has been programmed or if a module has been installed somewhere?

Total close can be coded in , but not a option when new as BMW don't want to be sued if someone gets trapped in the roof as it closes but your not potentially near the car, you can see if it works by putting the key in the drivers door lock and hold it in the lock position,
If your in the UK, put a post up asking if anyone would be able to do you a bit of coding for some beer tokens, just state which area your in , there's plenty of people on here with the software , an also look into what other things you may like coding
