I think it's GapTech for E85/6 and SmartTop for E89
 
I own one. I use it primary for the ability to open the roof while moving.

I've had no problems with it and does the job very well.

I did have a roof problem, but that turned out to be unrelated to the Smart TOP.
 
Have one and think its the best £250 i have spent! its utterly brilliant in my view, never had a problem. love having 1 touch roof and all windows button.
Plus park up, one touch to close the roof, stop the engine, get out lock the car walk away. all the while the roof is still going up!
i love it!

Mine does that anyway without smart top. Speed up to 20mph, although it's a pain driving and holding the button down.....
 
+the folding mirrors on lock is cool. It means I can see the car is properly locked from a distance. I did however look out the window the other day to find my roof down. Thankfully it hadn't rained. That is the problem if the roof activates from the key in your pocket, nothing will stop it completing. It has only happened the once though. I also managed to leave the back windows down overnight last night too. :x
 
I know... Being called horrendously pretentious isn't nice,especially if your contributing legitimately to the thread, so I'll apologise,please accept. Incedently,horrendously pretentious,not my choice of words,they just seemed to fit the bill.

PCP still list it at £261 + VAT (link)
If you buy direct from the States there will be various import duties to add :wink:

I did a google search and got www.ppcgb.com - I put in my reg No and they came up with my car details and a module for £215 - I have just gone back thro my history and although they show my car on the headline but its not on the compatibility list on the smart top module - I thought it seemed to good to be true!
