Slight water leak

I have a slight water leak into the boot. It's only a small amount of water but it's made the foam cradle damp today so I'm drying it out. I reckon it's when I open the boot when there is rainwater on it and some runs down the rubber side channels.Then drive the car. Because today after I did this there were droplets of water sprayed onto each side inside the boot. But none before I opened and shut the boot then drove it . Does that sound feasible? And best way to fix it?

You should check the rubber seals and clean the drainage channels to prevent water buildup
