Slight rubbing on fronts!

I am running ET38 8.5" rims with 235/35 tyres, plus mine is lowered on eibach pro springs. But even at this more than reasonable combination i am getting rubbing on the wheel arch liner on the front, the bit which sits behind the bumper. Drives me mad, and would never think i would get rubbing with this setup!

Anyone who has lowered there Z and running aftermarket wheels, or ET38 ish have rubbing issues? Im stumped :?

Someone else had rubbing issues with a lowered Z4C to which they'd fitted the ///M bumper. IIRC the problem lies with the non-M wheel liners not fitting the bumper correctly. Did you have rubbing issues withthis setup before fitting the bumper?

Nothing to do with the M bumper, been going on for a while. And the arch liners fit perfectly, its the undertray which is different. :)

I don't know how the ///M suspension geo differs from your setup, but I'm running the same wheel/tyre sizes with no rubbing issues at any speed and with any degree of turn in.
Are your dampers ok?

Dampers worked like new when i took them out. Never seen any that have worked so well

See this is what i thought. As Fronts should be spot on with those sizes, this is what i cant understand. I had ET40 8.5j but with 215's and no issues, and i know they are wider and a bigger profile tyre, but its so annoying as i can never give it some if i know there is a dip etc. May have to get some 225's and see if that cures it.

225 will be a little small on those rims. Maybe someone else has had the same problem and can help.
