Slight power loss or it is just me?

First of all, would like to say hi to everyone in the z4-forum. I new here tho..

anyways, I've been experiencing a slight loss of power on my z4 3.0 04' after a gasket and a rev sensor replacement by my dealer. it took them 2weeks to get the part to ship out from germany as they were saying the rev sensor being damage is kinda rare.

however i got the car back yesterday, and the exhaust note felt a lil different from before seems to be more deep growling then it was before, and on low revs it seems to have a slight power loss..

any ideas folks?

IDK... I don't recall seeing a similar problem posted.
 
could it be that you were used to the fault, and now fixed it sounds / behaves differently?

Obviously this wouldn't explain the power loss though..
