Hey my fellow Z member!
Was hoping to get some help here about my issue. I have a bmw z4 3.0si 2006 with 113,000 miles. I have been having this issue where I will drive my vehicle for a few miles( let’s say 6 miles or more) and then I get a slight jerk when I brake. The jerk is slight. It’s one jerk and then the car brakes completely.it happens every time I brake and it’s annoying. I replaced the rotors/ brakes. That wasn’t the issue and then replaced the control arm bushing and that wasn’t the issue. Has anyone had this problem on there z? Thank you and hope everyone had a good day.

Look for play in the inner tie rods. Usually, an imbalance in the suspension would cause vibration which perhaps points to the disc and caliper. Check the run out on the discs with a dial gauge, it is possible they are not seated correctly

I’ll definitely check out the inner tie rods. I had this issue before replacing my rotors/ brakes which is why I changed them but still had them. I haven’t deeply check my inner tie rods. Thank you!!
