Well I had a test drive in a sl500 today and I was very disappointed! but very happy to get back into my zed.
It was just a very comfy motorway curser and completely detached form the driving experience. It did have a lot of cool gadgets that would keep you occupied for abut 30min but as soon as you actually started to go anywhere it was dull. I could imagine getting in and then arriving at your destination as if by teleport, that is if you make it there and not fall asleep the moment you shut the door.
I was very disheartened as I thought it would replace my zed and feel like a slightly bigger, folding metal roof, 5 litre z4. But instead it was a smaller, lower, 2 seater, convertible, floaty range rover
Jez
Now lost with on idea which way to turn after the zed
