Skyfall

I'm not going to give any spoilers, but for those of us that attended the Scottish weekender in May, did we drive on that road? You will know immediately which one I'm talking about.

I'm fairly sure it was the road we were on, sure enough that I almost leapt out of my chair whilst excitedly whispering to the other half that I'd had the Z4 along it! He wasn't as impressed with my running commentary as I had hoped...

We did indeed, well spotted :)

Well, part of it anyway - they filmed on several roads but the only one I'm 100% certain of was the big overhead shot taken on the A82 across Rannoch Moor (not too far south of Fort William). Big glen, straight(ish) 2-lane road, awesome scenery.

I was a complete sad git. I'd randomly selected Friday as annual leave, so Mrs a11y and I ended up at a 10.20am showing on Friday morning - probably the earliest showing in Scotland it seems. EPIC film IMO, absolutely loved it.

Went to Westfields, White City...

Just saw it, and not sure. Not enough spills and car chases for my liking. And when will people ever learn, if you're going to kill someone it's best to do it when you see them there and then and not give them the chance to escape!!!!

Wasn't prepared for the ending either....

I thought it was good. But just not a 'Bond' film. Much better than QoS but not a patch on Casino Royale.

Saw it yesterday, excellent, no spoilers but in terms of bond film structure and content must be up there with the best ones

QoS is the only Bond film I don't have at home, I have every single one except for that as when I saw it, I thought it was so poor I did not bother buying it when it came out on BD.

Totally agree. Good job Sam Mendes.

Saw it yesterday and having not seen many Bond films over recent years, was surprised how enjoyable it was. That poor car though...... :|

Finally watched the Top Gear Bond Cars thing last night (although my friggin Sky+ box missed the first few mins and the last few...just as Hammond went underwater.....iPlayer for me!).

Saw some clips of the new film....looks standard Bond stuff to me.

Deb said when we going to see it...I replied...when YOU book it!!!!
