Why can't you order the channels in the sequence you want on the planner. So annoying that you have to go through pages of channels you never watch to get to one which is on page 7 or so.

My rant of the night :x
 
I know exactly what you mean, I just add the channels I frequently watch to the favourites. Its not ideal I know, but is the best of a bad design

Got myself one of those mx boxes. Total pain ! So user unfriendly trying to find football games or anything else for that matter,then waiting for it to load & buffer & finally cut off :x Have bt infinity & good internet connection.
Do grudge paying sky £105 a month for full package & hd, 2 multi rooms. But want to be able to press a button & watch what I want right away. Some of the boys at work have fire sticks & other boxes & all seem to have issues. Any info would be useful.
 
I am the same as Kermit but when I bought a smart box the user interface was so backward it was only used for a day and then given to the father in law who refused to pay for Sky.

He's happy at least. :)
 
Just ordered the new Sky Q, expecting big things from Sky in their first major hardware upgrade in a number of years
 
Hate seeing a programme is also on HD then finding it pages away under a different section of planner. BBC 1 is a good example.

Would lose Sky if someone can suggest a good combo of built in free view (I have but don't use) and something to view movies sport, etc. and be able to save, pause, etc. similar to Sky.

They are temperamental I admit. However, at £50 a pop and no subscription (bar a decent internet connection) they pay for themselves within months. I've got a market leading 'Droidbox' and a 'MX 7' and they both perform the same with the Wookie App. The premier pass games on a Saturday work a treat in HD but Sky's too pixelated to watch live. Films are usually HD when they've come out as DVD's. Whilst you can beat the Sky experience this comes a hell of a lot cheaper than my £80 a month subscription.
 
Plus why are the "regular" HD channels on a separate tab. I mean - common, why would I want to watch BBC in SD if I have the HD option. No brainier.
