Happy birthday, Monkey! Glad the op went ok. :)

Don't sweat about the hospital visits. I'm also a 4-times-yearly outpatient and every time I go it's a great reminder of how lucky I am not to have somethng more serious. Some people literally live in hospitals.

Sorry to hear that Matt, but, if the melanoma has been caught early and has not spread to the lymph nodes or any other part of the body, then it's likely that removing it will be the end of the matter - but you have to go for all the check-ups to make sure.

 :)

I'm sure you will be ok Mat, all the best. You've acted early on a mole that looked suspicious so that's all you can do.

My best mate had mouth cancer diagnosed last year and had to have one of his lymph nodes removed in his neck. After surgery he had a horrible looking, long incision with loads of stitches. Looked a bit like Frankenstein!! Fast forward a year and unless you knew he'd had the surgery you would never know. Amazing how things have progressed over the years. It also healed very, very quickly too!

Best wishes for a speedy recovery MM.

Thanks OG hope you buddy is doing good.

No problem MM  He's doing great thanks at the moment. He's just bought himself a lovely 996 Carrera too. A little treat to himself after a tough year. Perhaps a similar treat for you....?!! :P

That's great to hear and good for him.

I don't think a Porsche is going to happen!! But I had the zed last year still happy with that. Treat wise I want to do done track days a euro trip in the car. And I want to be a driving god so one lesson I suppose
