Since the site was done for maintenance this morning the forum is not displaying correctly using chrome on my ipad. Anyone else having this problem or know how to correct it
Thanks

Same here, I’ve got massive spaces between the new posts section? (Oops, I’m using safari on my iPad)

"Not loading" and "not displaying correctly" mean very different things. Providing some more detail and any screenshots will help with any potential debugging. That said, if it's just looking a bit weird I'd suggest clearing your browser's cache in the first instance.

Clearing the cache for the 3rd time has fixed it thanks

That'll normally do it. If it doesn't in future just switch it off and on again

You'll want to clear your browser's cache, not cookies.

Check the link I posted to instructions in Google above.

EDIT: Here's on for safari...

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=ipad+safari+clear+cache&oq=ipad+safari+clear+cache&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l3.5004j0j9&client=ms-android-google&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8

Ajax/post issues may suggest and API service hasn't restarted correctly or not behaving though.

Yes, massive spaces.

Mine went back to normal after clearing the cache (whatever that is?) :D
Rob

So a browser stores a locale copy of certain files that a website uses. The means faster load times as you don't need to download the same files over and over with every request. These kind of files normally contain certain scripts you'd use to interact with a site or stylesheets that describe how a site should look. This is called the browser's cache.

Forum upgrades may have made big changes to these files and since your browser isn't getting the latest version from the server you need to manually clear your cache to force the browser to download the latest version.

Hope that makes sense

Flippin' heck. Just had the same problem - massive spaces! WTF :|

It's taken me half an hour to sort it. Cleared cache four times, now all back to normal. Phew!
