BMW MV1 Wheels and tyres for sale
Genuine Staggered 18x 8” front, 18x8.5” rear MV1 wheels, been spray painted black. No centre caps.
Acquired a few years back from a 330ci, but have since done 4 seasons of trackday duties on an E46 328i, and then the E85 Z4 3.0i.
Front tyres are Federal 595 RS-Rs, 245/35/18, with decent tread. Manufacture date wk16, 2017. Done 3 trackdays, got plenty of life left for more trackdays. Front left has some shoulder wear (see photos) since most tracks run clockwise, and I work the outside tyres hard!
Rear tyres are also Federal 595 RS-Rs, 255/35/18, but are spent, need replacing.
Personally I found 245/255 a great combo for track work – decent neutral handling, great turn in and when dry the rears could not be unstuck. If you want some track pedigree these were the wheels and tyres I did Spa Francorchamps with back in September last year.
3 of the wheels are in fairly good nick, minimal kerbing, mostly look bad where the black paint has flaked off. One of the rear wheels has a crack and does not hold air. Should be a straightforward repair. The other three wheels hold air fine. These are working wheels, not concours... the brake dust is included free of charge!
If I was doing more trackdays i'd get the crack in the rear wheel repaired (or get a single replacement) two new rear tyres at £95 each, and then you're good to go.
Price is £100 please. Thats basically for two fronts with decent tyres, and the two rears are thrown in for free.
Collection only from nr Leamington Spa, 2 minutes from junction 13/14 on the M40.
Any questions please PM me.
