Parked together be good, I got two tickets to be precise, me and my other half. Just in case you want exact ticket numbers

Me and Eileen have tickets and would love to be on the stand. Think Eileen sent you something on Facebook. This is just a backup , looking forward to seeing you all there
 
Didn't this used to be the Vanity show ? if it was we used to host a stand there for all the Z3's and Z4's good turn out with normally 50 cars.

Correct it was Vanity then Beaulieu changed it to Simply BMW. I currently have around 35 confirmed cars going. I need approximate numbers by next week.

We will be accepting club bookings again in 2022, if you wish to reserve an area for your club to park together within the event then please email [email protected] with the following information:
Club Name:
Club Organiser:

Expected number of vehicles (final numbers required 2 weeks prior):
Any special requests/requirements:
Please note, club spaces are only reserved until 10.30am, after which the area will be used for general participant parking.

Alternatively could meet in the Morrisons Car Park in Totton and drive down together, assume most traveling to the area will drive past it anyway.

We are still going but independently of any groups, I'll swing by the stand and meet up though, it'll be good to put faces to names...
 
UPDATE..Simply BMW @ Beaulieu Motor Museum in The New Forest Sunday 18th Sept.
We now have 40 confirmed cars!!
Beaulieu have given us 45 spaces just in case we have any last minute additions.
They are sending me a link to download the paper copy of the stand entrance ticket next week. I will post it as soon as I get it.
You will need to print the paper copy and have it in the car for the ground staff to direct you to the right area.
Please contact Paul Mortimer for pre meet breakfast baps and drink in Brockenhurst.
If you have messaged/commented about a space thank you. If not please let me know as there are no more than 45 spaces!
 
Sorry about my previous post if it sounds a bit pushy :roll: but been thinking about doing this trip for a while and would really like to be on the club stand if possible. Driving up from Devon so trip takes around 2.5 to 3 hours, how early will I need to be there as was thinking of leaving at 8am to get there for 11.00am if traffic is clearish.
