Silver or black top?

Hey all
I am sure this has been discussed at some point.
Starting my search for an E86 si, wondering what thoughts are on silver or black top. From what I can research some different internals but nothing really to be concerned about?
What's the general view on this? Anything obvious to look out for?

Personal preference is black top

Easier servicing things like the valve cover gasket, don’t need to replace the Alu bolts, plus easier to get to the starter motor

I've had one of each and IME it makes no difference to how they drive or perform so I'd happily have either, condition and history are probably far more important. My Silver Top was built in August 2006, black-top in October 2006 but they were registered within a week of each other in December 2006!
