Hi all

I am selling my genuine Silver BMW hard top as I know longer own the vehicle.

The hard top is in great condition with just one small mark on the top. The glass is in perfect condition with all heater elements working as you would expect. The hardtop is supplied with the storage bag however there are a few holes in this (was like this when I purchased so I throw an old sheet over the top too).

The hard top comes with the following genuine BMW parts:

2 x Interior side trims to cover the locking pins
1 x Allen key for locking the roof into position.
1 x Storage bag
2 x Locking pin protectors for when the hard top is off the car
1 x Hand book for the hard top installation.

I am based in Worcestershire. Collection only.

I am asking for £750.00 (which will include a donation to the forum of £50 if I can get the asking price)


ALSO FOR SALE

A genuine BMW car cover to fit the E85 convertible. The cover folds out of its built in storage bag easily when fitting to the car and folds back in to the bag when you are finished with it.

Supplied with genuine hand book.

Not trying to hijack the sale but If anyone it cheaper/different colour(racing green) I'm willing to sell mine for 650 and I'll top up and get Azz's one.

We can all meet at Azz's place and swap.

Back from holidays and hard top is still for sale so I'm putting the interest back out there before its goes on ebay or anywhere else.

I am asking £750.00 which I feel is very reasonable...a silver hard top sold on ebay for £932.00 two weeks ago
 
No, hard top is still for sale. Don't know how the subject has changed to say sold (I thought I took the bit out about the car cover which is sold!)

As promised I've made a £50 donation to the forum after successfully selling the hard top for the asking price. Thank you Worcester_spoon for the straight forward transaction.

I would encourage anybody using the forum (particularly for financial gain) to consider making a donation, no matter how big or small. Whilst I've not been a regular poster the forum has provided a wealth of knowledge (and humour!) over my 4 years of ownership and with out it could have cost me a lot more money.

I'm now Z4-less and considering a few different options but the Z4 (in E85/E86 and E89) are still definitely contenders so I may be back here soon.
