silly question time

With being new to the zed world I noticed while washing my pride and joy the exhaust outlet on the drives side has a flap inside. (don't ask what I was doing looking up an exhaust  ) Does anybody know what it is for as the passenger side hasn't got one :?

Are you talking about the 20i in your sig? Doesn't that have a single exhaust with a twin tail-pipe? The 35i/is has two exhausts, one either side and the flap is to quieten the car at start up and certain loads.

no girlie flaps in the m coupes' pipes :poke: , ..... still could be a tiny tad louder tho imo

Lets not get side tracked by girly flaps. As for the sound, that's why I've disabled the girly flap... full on 'you think I'm fat?' sound now ;)
