Signs of Being in the Know

being new to this car its interesting to see there are little badges of "being in the know" on Z4s..... ZHP gearsticks; stubbies...etc.

I've seen this on other cars....

MX-5s..... colour coding side reflectors red at back; clear at front; wire mesh grille to save the radiator.

Disco 3's.... Full Fat Range Rover Wheels (Proper RR not RRS); Raised Air intakes; Proper Tyres..

There must be stacks of these for other cars.. any other candidates.

Drainpipe exhausts on Saxos's don't count.
 
only one I'm aware of is pre-'67 panels on a beetle...
My Dad's got a '43 MGTC, and I think there are a tonne on that, but probably mostly to do with keeping it original :tumbleweed:
