Side skirt dropped, how to raise and paint again

Was like this when bought. How can I adjust/tighten so it is up and flush with the rest of the car again? And would a touch up pen or something be good enough to repaint the lip that has been flaking?




 
I would guess its had some damage as there is over spray on the plastic. If that the case it might be a broken plastic bracket?

Have a look on realoem for the parts that might be needed. And then search on hear for a guide on how to remove the side skirt.
 
I don't think its overspray as the rest of the lip was painted and this part looks like it has just flaked away. I'll have a look on the forum regarding removing and fitting and see how that goes.
 
You could try giving the side skirt a thump with the flat of your hand to see if the clip will pop back,if not I would order a set of clips and the rubber seal if it's not to dear from Sopers bmw .
It will involve taking the side skirt off to fit the new clips.
 
Looks like somethings been sprayed? That flaking part should be black! :cry:

As maxman says give it a good thump & it should pop back in place, it looks like its just popped out! If not......

Much appreciated. I'll give it a thump and if that ends up to no avail I'll order the clips, if that's meant to be black I'll possibly order the rubber too then. Very helpful guys.

Clearly you didn't fit your aero's.... they are tight on the back and front, so they need a good seeing too to locate :rofl:

JE what is your sig about?
