Side Mirror

So I was driving today and the drivers side, side mirror simply fell off and broke haha.
Now the whole thing but just the mirror. it is an old car (2003) so I guess its common?

Does anyone know whether its an easy fix? do I need special glue to stick it back on once I order the new mirror?

Grab one off EBay for about £12, remove the old back plate then clip the new mirror in 30sec job
