Side mirror on 03

The passenger side mirror glass on my 03 is cloudy and the film seems to be peeling. I am told this car has heated side mirrors and a self dimming feature. The cost to replace just the glass on this wonder is about $300+. Has anyone replaced one of these with just a simple glass mirror replacement or the non-dimming glass which is only about $200?

I got one for mine on eBay, it's just plain. It's a heated mirror but the element is in the mirror not the glass, for £8.00. App $12.00
Just remove the old glass and stick the new one straight on with the sticky pad on the back of the glass

Might not be the same for dipping mirrors, not sure how they are made up.
