Hi

Not a fan of the 'yellow' standard side lights on my 08' Z4 Coupe and was wondering what bulbs people have got?

Found these on eBay, not sure if there any good?

Recommendations..?

In regards to the bluetooth I have read the threads on the forum and I don't think I have the bluetooth on my car.. I have the buttons on the steering and another button on the stereo with a picture of a phone on it. I have pressed these buttons (many many time..) but nothing seems to happen and nothing comes up on the computer/satnav, does this mean I don't have bluetooth?

Thanks
Tom.

The buttons on the radio and MFSW are standard, f you have bluetooth you will have a cradle and pairing button in the fold down cubby hole in the centre rear console.

The picture in the OP of the above thread shows the bits srhutch is referring to

I have bluetooth, but no cradle or pairing button. One sure way would be to find the bluetooth module in the boot. A good indicator would be to have your phone search for a device to pair with immediately after turning on the ignition, your phone will ask for a passkey if it found a bluetooth device.

Come to think of it, if you have bluetooth and are not paired, IIRC, you get should an error message when you press the 'face button,' so you don't have it.

You have to hold the bluetooth button in the centre flap for 3-4seconds with the ignition off, then turn the key to position 1 whilst still holding the button in. After about 4 seconds the screen will say BT Pairing. Turn your bluetooth on on the phone and search it should find the BMW. Select BMW ************* and it will ask for the pass key. This should be in with your paper work it is four digits. In fact just look for the pass key in with your paper work if it isn't there you probably haven't got bluetooth connectivity.

Hope this works for you.

Or more likely the original owner didn't pass it on as is usually the case on this forum
