Hey fellow Z4ers,

I was giving my Z4 some much loved pampering and was mortified when I wiped the sponge over the offside indicator and the BMW 'badge' just cracked and flaked off!! Here are some pics:

So I phoned BMW Bristol, they say you can't just buy a replacement sticker, instead a badge which the sticker is on, oh that'll be £27.40 please sir...!!

Does anyone have any opinions on this or offer some cheaper help? I was considering buying clear indicators but also found out they don't include the badge and are £20.40, each. So £67.80 for everything I need; that is ridiculous!

Buy the clears and get new badges - big improvement and you won't have the stress of trying to force the old badge off

Or I could just have your Z4MC?! That avatar pic looks awesome  Surely I will have to prise the badge off if I get a clear indicator for the one where the sticker has come off?

Checked eBay, nothing apart from this:

I was gonna post just the same as Navid above. I bought these recently and it was a great deal. Arrived within the week. Just be careful not to put badges on upside down when sticking to clear indicator!! Theyre a b@$tard to get back off!

I have a similar problem, but already have the clear indicators - anyone know where to get just the stickers from?

badges are quite expensive, I'd think you'll be better off buying the above mentioned item from ebay.de and keep the other parts as spare.

or, buy a 2nd hand pair from ebay with orange indicators and use the badges from them!

I would go with navid's suggestion, as it is always useful having spare indicators in case they get nicked, as I found out... However you could also get a price off the guy I mention at the bottom of page 1 of this thread - http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=35277&hilit=Badges

Whilst the thread is about carbon badges, he does standard OEM ones, for a decent price I think. Worth sending him an email, costs nothing
