Show us your trees.

I just wanted to be the first John. You are all correct it is far to early. But the wife blind sided me and and came home with mulled wine and cider. She also said i could drink while we where doing it as i had just come back from a few Sunday pints it seemed like a great idea.

Still dabbling with the idea of a fakey, one that looks real as much as is possible. They're 150 quid plus but I spend 40/50 quid each year on a real one that as MM points out makes mess and its the discarding of it etc... hmmm.. anyone seen any nice looking fake ones that look real?

Havent seen a good plastic one this year - i thought about replacing our plastic one which is a stopgap one given to me by my parents but
we've not found a replacement that looks as good .

I'm out in California with my brother and his family.. put the tree up with the kids yesterday and it's not even Thanksgiving yet! (Note the sunshine in the back :D )

i must admit the outside lights are up - but not on - took the chance of the mild weather yesterday to get them up along the gutter - this year they are iphone powered using a belkin thingy - quite strange switching them on or off from the iphone on the drive. :o
