It's only November, it seems like we've only just finished our summer season in South Devon

Mine wont be up until at the earliest Saturday 14th December.

Looking forward to it though, will be only the second Christmas in 21 years where we haven't been holidaying in the sun over Christmas and New Year and this is only because our holiday in Luxor was cancelled by the holiday company due to the civil unrest in Eygpt.

Disney Hollywood Studios has been decorated with lights like that house. Looks really good in the dark. Seen the youtube videos of people who sync them to music? Cool.

Too much hassle for me though!

My aunt has it right - a piece of string on the wall from one end of the room to the other, held up by drawing pins, to hang the cards on. Thats it! Simple! And she leaves the string up for the following year!

I haven't put lights on the house for many years and my wife gets after me every year to start putting them up again. But falling (via walking backwards installing lights) off the roof will do that. :dizzy: So, I figure that the best way to not fall off a roof, Is to not be on a roof in the first place.
