Looking good, SB. You are industrious ! I see the inspector on the job site. I take it she approves. :D
I'm still making the face shield halos... the collective group has made and distributed 7500 shields to first responders. Our contribution is just a drop in the bucket but it makes us feel good.

That’s 7500 that wouldn’t have been out there...so top job..!

We like to think we are part of an effort to save the lives of the brave paramedics and firefighters who show up at every accident or danger 8)
This is 7500 shields sent out from Los Angeles. I hope there are similar programs around the country - When I was sorting through the build files finding the one my machine could read I did see notes on European files and such so hopefully you guys doing this as well.
On another note I'm concerned to see protests here to open business up and in fact some restrictions are being lifted. Have they all gone mad?
Stay safe everybody.

I can’t get to the golf course so I brought it to me.

Last summer I bought this 1923 Lister B stationary engine in a partially restored (well, painted) condition, but not running.

I’ve been really glad to have this project which has been keeping me sane these last few weeks. Still a long way to go, but I really enjoy this kind of tinkering.

Made a coffee table top this weekend from the old wood removed from Manchester velodrome
Need to make some legs and get them powder coated

I am going to encapsulate the wood in resin (you tube river table for a how to)

If that works out ok may make a dinning room table the same way also a base for my indoor trainer/turbo trainer

Hey Rob. It’s from a small, secondhand 50cc Vespa Primavera I bought two weeks before lockdown, thinking I was going to be smart and avoid public transport going into work

Some how managed a PB on my evening jog today. I've been jogging that same loop around the local hills and feilds for several years, so amazed and delighted to get a PB at this stage. :D This working from home larks not all bad.

Exploring my home in more details and watching funny videos on the net all the time to keep myself away from stress.

I working on finishing up my model airplane shop. Setting up a new shop space is always fun  New toolbox base cabinet (4 drawer) arrived by freight along with a tall 5 shelf cupboard for paints, glues, spray can stuff, and such.
I'll get some pics at some point.
