I'm surprised no one has done this yet!

This is one that I took a few hours ago...

And I took these on Sunday when it was not so snowy. But very, very cold.

I will hopefully get some in daylight tomorrow, the snow is worse than ever right now!

So come on, get posting your pictures...! :camera:

Great pics Lucy. Like the frosty second one.

Here's my effort. Taken from my front door earlier today in south London.

Been snowing since 7.30 am and apart from one hour brief respite late this evening, still snowing. Not looking forward to braving the skating rink tomorrow.

walking was the order of the day so just around the corner (for atmosphere)

There's not even enough here to make it worthwhile taking it out for a drive.

The car looked better with the 4 layers of frost on than it does with the pitiful dusting of snow it now has on it, although as it's still snowing I might wake up to an invisible car.

Lucy.. i take it's pretty bad up there, i'm on a course in Hull sunday and wondered if you think my zed we'll make it up there?

Soft southern driver

Cheers

U won't make it If it stays as it is! Lucy u seem to be luckier than me up the road we have about half a foot or more!

Still November (last day) and its snowed ALL day non stop. Getting a bit P'd off with it now.

Absolutely horrendous conditions in North Notts and South Yorkshire tonight. 10 inches of snow in Mansfield today. I have a work colleague who has so far been in a traffic jam on the M1 just south of Sheffield for 3 hours now without moving an inch.

I managed to get the M home and it coped quite well but I still needed digging out three times by friendly 4x4 drivers.

Here's a couple of photos......

The first this morning with last night's snow largely brushed off...

Take your time and it's ok. I'm just off the Wolds and it's poor conditions with a lot of snow but I'm managing to get my coupe to and from work each day. There isn't much traction but it's doable.

Heres some of mine chucked it down all day yestertday had a 6 mile walk home from work no busses but the cool beer in my local went down a treat :D after all that walking and did it in hour and a half not bad for an old fella.

Took these this morning after giving up on my bus waited from 5.30am till 6.50am had enough and more than likely end up having to walk home again :(

Well was all good fun last night... My night consisted of several 180 degree spins pulling out of t junctions resulting in me blocking roads and a number of people having to push me. Tried the car with traction control in every setting possible but found it best with DTC engaged which just allowed a little slip to gain some monemtum.

Got up for work this morning and needless to say with the pictures the car wouldnt budge. Standard run flat tyres on over a foot of snow dont work that well... FACT!!!

Work colleauge came and rescued me in his Mondeo.. God bless front wheel drive

I wouldnt want to offend anyone showing the snow on a Ford... needless to say its not as much as some... but s.London has enough to beat a Z.

I saw an abandoned Aston in the car park which had under 2 cm of snow (or maybe the driver was just inconsiderate and decided to park diagonally across the enterance!!!)

lol at some of the pictures. here's mine as of a few minutes ago...... because we are on a slight hill it will be impossible to move it..... had trouble reversing it onto the kerb yesterday
