Should Trump be impeached...?

Enjoy the wait

Hahaha yeah, all kidding aside obviously I do hope that Biden isnt a disaster but I am very worried already especially around the military side of things

Eisenhower warned us back in 1961. Beware the Military Industrial Complex. It's a business, and it will stop at very little.

Trump warned about it as well in one of his last speeches. He pulled people out of conflict. Past Presidents have done nothing but perpetuate conflict. No doubt Biden will too. Something will be invented to go after and invade.
JFK warned about it as well, just before he was murdered.

Yeah me too. I guess it'll be a while before we can really judge how he's doing unless he has a new crisis to deal with. We could probably do with some boring years!

As some commentator said, "it's like winning a tennis game, then jumping over the net and bludgeoning to death your opponent with your racket."

That would be a code violation....and would get you a point deduction for racquet abuse.

Not sure if that is funny or sad.

Take your pick....I really don't care what your opinion is....and I suspect I'm not alone.

That awkward moment when your legal case that you are presenting to the US Senate consists of a newspaper article that incorrectly claims a quote by a sitting Senator who then calls you on your use of a lie...

Annnnnnnd then when you are trying to impeach someone for not accepting the results of an election and trying to "overturn" the results when you yourself pulled this stunt in 2017...

For those of you that have been in this thread parroting MSM talking points I challenge you to watch the evidence presented by the defence and come back and let us know if you still believe as you have presented here...

The Senate's verdict was NOT GUILTY with a vote of 57 - 43 in the Senate which is composed of 50 Republicans, 48 Democrats and 2 Independents.

Considering that Trump has been Impeached twice, and found Not Guilty on both occasions, and these impeachments represent 50% of ALL impeachments of US Presidents, it does seem as if there is some kind of vendetta against him by the Globalist faction.

In view of the fact that Trump increased his vote from 62.98 million in 2016 to 74.23 million votes in 2020, it would appear that Trump has many supporters who will continue to support him if he is to stand for President in 2024. There is therefore "unfinished business" in the US, with the likelihood of Trump becoming President again.

I wonder if the US Democrat Party support the military in Myanmar?

Unfortunately for Trump 81.3m voted for his opponent. I also suspect that many of the 74.2m who voted for him would not have done so if they had known what would happen on 6th Jan. What will be interesting is to see how the Republican party now try to deal with him as I don't think they will want him to run again. Personally I'd be happy to see him have another go because I think he would certainly lose - the third time he would have lost the popular vote.

I think the term found not guilty is a bit of a stretch, the fact that more senators voted for impeachment rather than against would indicate that he was indeed complicate, it is just a fact that there was not enough of them to convict. I have spoken to a few Americans to discuss the events in January, both from a typical republican region, are they are appalled and embarrassed by the events of January 6th and would certainly not vote for Trump again.

Don't shoot the messenger! :poke:

See this report from the BBC https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-56057849 in which the opening paragraph states:
"Only five days after it began, Donald Trump's Senate impeachment trial has concluded. As was widely predicted, the final verdict was that the former president was not guilty of inciting an insurrection at the US Capitol last month."

So you reckon that just because more Senators voted for impeachment of Trump than those against that makes Trump guilty?

You obviously don't like the rules of the impeachment procedure and would prefer to manipulate the outcome you'd like. I bet you've been cheering for the Military in Myanmar.
