Gotta admire baby preparations BEFORE the baby is even baking. If you're that well prepped, you must be considering the baby wagon options then?

Haha we desperately needed a new kitchen really, plus the garden needed a makeover so this is what she is getting, plus a few other bits and pieces to make it more small person friendly and easier on ourselves once life gets flipped upside down. :)

In regards to the baby wagon, i am looking at an estate of some form. Probably just a cheap snotter E46 330D or Audi A4 Quattro. Still got an E36 M3 Evo and E36 328 track car for my kicks, so really the Z4 MC is surplus to my needs and a lot of money to be tied up in a car i don't really need to use.

Nice! wish i had the driveway/garage space for that collection..!

I'm looking at RS3s, as Z4MC is my only car - and theres only so long that can last before i actually need a boot and back seats. No kids.. yet. Also going through the kitchen malarky at the moment (christ it's harder than youd expect eh?), so not being able to nip to ikea and pick up something basic is pretty silly ...and i hate using the Z4MC for anything remotely day-to-day.

Lol - I have very forgiving neighbors too. I'm on a sort of corner plot which has a long garden up to the corner so there's a nice stretch of road where no one but me parks, my drive only keeps 1 motor, at the moment but that's a job for another day.

Re Kitchens my step dad is a fitter by trade. We went to Wren and had them do us a design we like on their fancy 3D cad computer, then just took the design to my step dad so he could go to trade and get it half the price, plus he will fit for free. I wouldn't fancy having to rely on a company to do it though, far too many horror stories when you google suppliers!

RS3 would be very nice. Get to remortgage in a year so that's where my next car fund is coming from as we have lots of capital to play with.

I think thats a strong offer.

Warranty on an ///M will probably set them back £200 - £300 as they know most people will want 12 months a a car like that.

Then take off some prep costs, advertising costs, paying the poor old sales man's commission and finally VAT... Not to mention customers asking for a "chip".

Car is now sold to the dealer for £16,300 as expected. If anyone is looking to get rid drop me a PM for details of the dealer. They were a pleasure to do business with and made the transaction very hassle free.

Was gutted to see the car go, but the time was right for me and it means i can start saving/looking for something else a few years down the line.

I've thought of remortgaging at some point to buy a tastier motor as a weekend/investment car. I would want something that longer term would start to rise in value. Was thinking of maybe a V8 Vantage Roadster??
