should gearbox have an undertray?

The re-enforcement plate under the front cross member 51717028433 has 3 holes on its front edge and 3 on rear edge. The front edge holes are used to fasten the plastic engine undertray. The three at the rear look like they should hold an undertray under the gearbox, but mine doesn't have one. Should it?

Pretty sure that my e86 does. Think its a metal guard. Strange its not on RealOEM

Looks like it's designed to help air leave the engine bay. Perhaps only on higher power engines?

Thanks guys, definitely don't have that one, couldn't see it on real OEM I will go back and have another look.
