Should a crank pulley wobble so much?

I can see with my naked eye that crank shaft pulley moves quite a lot. I understand that this is designed to be a vibration dumper however considering it's driving only a short shaft it seems to be a bit excessive. Is your E89 behaving in similar fashion?

From that angle i can’t see any side to side deflection, does your belt run straight?

If in any doubt best replace it rather than have it detatch itself and wreck your engine and radiator. Whats the mileage on the car, high mileage and age have to be considered as the rubber make up within the pully will no doubt have gone bad over time just like all the other rubber parts on these cars.

I know somebody who knows jack about this but will be here shortly to spread his knowledge.

I for a fact know less than jack about pulleys torque specs.
