I used to run a Bavarianautosport full shift
conversion on a fiat turbo (ran 12 second quarters on a 1.4 engine :driving: ) and one of the best buys I made, apart from the massive turbo was a proper shift kit. Solid, stiff, mechanical and short as hell.
I'd like one for the Z4 (2.5) but can't find one.

Anyone have any such kit on their Z. Would be nice to have short throw and lever close to steering wheel.
Oh and while I was searching I came across this... not a Z but is BMW M e92 with one of these shifters ... Jesus! It's good to watch.
