Short Notice Scottish Meet Up, If Anyone Interested.

I know were trying get together a proper Scottish meet, but due to work commitments don't know if I will ever be in the right place at the right time I wondered if anyone was up for a very impromptu meet somewhere like Moffat this weekend, no real plan yet just a chance to chew the fat. :!:
 
Afraid not, although I'm possibly down in your neck of the woods today/tomorrow/Sun on a MTBing weekend - will be passing through Moffat later today, and over at Newton Stewart on Saturday. Shame it's a Z4-free zone though, I'll be in my van...

Good idea though :)
 
Newton Stewart, you must be going to Kirroughtree you'll be passing me within 100yrds. Had on good authourity when we moved up here that any further than Newton Stewart was Bandit Country.
 
Might be up for it but it'll need to be sunny and you'll need to head to Glasgow way a bit more. I can't afford an entire day drom dusk till dawn as the missus will not be pleased (my wee boy is 12 days old!). I can probably rope mattg into it as well and then you can get to see 2 fine M coupes!

Anyone else - c'mon!

I am up for a Zed run though, the Beeftub road to Moffat is a favourite :D
 
I can't do saturday but sunday is fine so perhaps we (Me, RichardG and MattG) can join up with the BM run. When you say Showcase i assume you mean the one on the M8 at coatbridge?
 
Didn't see your reply until late last night, I'm not sure where Showcase is, and I might have to now go to see the wife's family on Sunday DOH!

Let me know where it is and at what time and I'll see what I can work out.
 
Yes the showcase at Coatbridge is the one 1115 ish for a 1130ish set off. Lunch at Irvine the I will heading home A71 umless there is a better suggestion
 
I don't think anyone from here made it but we had $ Zed3s and a brace of Z4s
