Is there a problem re shocks for the E89 model? Husband needs the two front ones done and the local garage says they're very hard to find. Found one supplier he says but can't get them until Sept. We had the rear ones done recently and they were not a problem.
I think the garage is quite old fashioned and as you say, very limited. He said he could only locate one set in the country and that sounds like complete nonsense to me. And that wasn't BMW part either Was enough to send the husband into a tailspin though !!
