Does anyone know if the Bilstein Shocks B4 OE Replacement Shock for BMW Z4 is compatible with my 2011 BMW Z4 23I Sdrive Highline Edition? I need to replace the shocks on my Z4 and I am planning to go for aftermarket shock absorbers.

They do offer a B4 for the e89, but you'll have to look at the Bilstein catalog to see what they specifically offer for your model?
Although most reputable dealers will have a model look-up on their site. If they don't then I'd not bother buying from them.
Have you moved on from your 3.0 e85? I didn't think the e89 23i sDrive was sold in the US?
