Shocks/struts issue

Hey, so I'm planning on changing the struts and shocks on my 2009 BMW Z4 30i from adaptive to Bilstein B6. My adaptive struts have gone bad after just 35k miles, which is terrible and I do not want to spend over $2500 just on struts and shocks. I would like to know if I will be able to reuse the springs from the adaptive struts and to put it on the Bilstein B6 struts. Also, does anyone have any good websites or locations on where to buy these parts? I usually use Fcpeuro but the struts I need are sold out and no eta on restock. Thank you so much for the help!

I believe new adaptive struts would be about $1200 diy. As to another source for other brands check out rockauto.

Where im seeing them the fronts cost 800+ ea and the backs are 350+ ea. I'm saying 2500 as a diy method.

Would it not be cheaper to have them reconditioned/serviced, I take it they are leaking?

A few points...
1. Remember you have to code out the adaptive suspension, if you go to Bilsteins.
2. If you keep the adaptive shocks, there is absolutely no need to replace the rears, if they are not leaking.
