Full repaint bar the roof...

I'm genuinely scared to use her now, but admiring her in the garage makes me happy!

PPF time?
Had to Google that. Me I'm still a wax man. :D
Wax doesn't provide a protective physical barrier against particle/stone impacts, scratches and even chemicals though. PPF would definitely be a wise investment, even if only for partial coverage (up front and the forward-facing sections of the rear quarter panels). Even heavy-handed washing and drying techniques couldn't introduce swirls then 8)

Looking fantastic! Definitely worth investing in some form of paint protection to keep it looking the best for as long as possible

Nice! Funnily enough mine's going in for the exact same in a couple of weeks (leaving roof panel).
They said to me you should really leave 90 days for the paint to properly cure before doing any ppf style treatment when I asked about it, which is a bit of a pain. I'm going to be scared to use it too!

Stunning. I'm planning on getting my ZMR done. Who did you use, presume you recommend them & would you mind saying how much it cost & how long they took?

Thanks
Grahame

Thanks all!

I am looking at the PPF route but its bloody expensive!

Been quoted £2200 to have the front end done, But that includes detailing before - they highly recommend.

I used https://www.facebook.com/platinumpaintworks/ for the work... they are expensive but the work is fantastic!

Yeah thats what they told me a minimum of 3 months so all the gas comes out the paint and it hardens a bit more.

That’s awesome, I’d love to treat my car to a full respray, and have that ‘brand new’ look. I definitely want to get my front bumper done.

Thanks, what size tires are you both running?

They are currently fitted with the e92 245/265.

I plan to run OE Z4M sizes, think the 225 may have a small stretch on the front? Or go upto a 235?
