It's actually just a repeating set of bars that repeat for about a minute.
the notes are identical in each repeating set and don't change in octave or tone.
Yet, when you listen to it, it seems as if it is getting constantly higher and higher in pitch.
did a bit of googling, and discovered they're called Shepard Tones - the audible version of a barbers pole.
quite fascinated by it tbh
