I wasn't that bad when I was there in May (Moscow). However it is the only place in the world I've seen people driving up the embankment at the side of the motorway in order to jump the queue in motorway traffic!
Most of the time in Moscow you are going too slow anyway. The traffic is horrendous. They do like a good traffic light grand prix though and they also love their X5/6M's/Cayenne Turbos/ML63 AMG's. I saw more of these in 4 days than I see in an entire year in the UK.
The worst driving I saw was, coincidentally an E89, which was weaving between three lanes of traffic, swerving, cutting-up, not indicating, all at very high speed for the conditions.
