Shed roof paint-

Hi all, is there a paint I can buy (had a look on fleabay-all adhesives) that I can paint straight over the roofing felt on my shed?-looking a bit weathered in a couple of places, and thought it would be easier than re-felting it again?-thanks :)

I can dig out the make we used if you need it we used it just over a year ago and it holding up really well..... bearing in mind we did a couple of large flat roofs.. (its a hotel) you would get away with a much smaller can...
 
Google Asphaltic Roofing supplies, if there's a branch near you they have some paint on one coat stuff that will do the job!
