Our new grandaughter rang me the other day for a chat !

They say you get to enjoy your grand kids more than your own kids as you have more spare time at that stage in your life. I'm looking forward to it. I only see my son for about 2 hours a day and my daughter even less.

She's our youngest grandchild - we have six grandchildren ! Her mum ( our eldest daughter ) had her after four boys and she teaches them all at home ( ex teacher ) . As they live in SE London I don't blame her and I do admire her courage and stamina.
