As this is exclusively a Z4 forum I thought it would be well worth putting up this link to my non-running alfa 156 because to really are the demographic that are most likely to buy it

You really should've kept your Z4 Ricey - it may have shortened your spine by a 1/4 inch but at least it never broke down and/or cost you a fortune. There's a couple of nice ones for sale on here right now :D

Dear Lord you go through your motors! I had a 156 V6 and it was a great little car. Thoroughly recommended. This could be a bargain or financial ruin :?

I've got that derv TT now haven't I. Poor little alfa though.....the only car I've ever genuinely truly loved as it was there when I needed it most.

Any thoughts on what you'd accept for it?

Andi.

Honestly no. I paid £900 for it. It needs an mot and I believe starter motor so being fair and realistic that's got to knock 300 squid off then someone had to want the ballache of picking it up and getting it done.

I would think it'll go anywhere from 300 to 600.

Got a bid of a tonne already!

I'll keep my eye on it, my son has a '52' 156 that would benefit from replacement/transfer of bits.

I would have broke it if I had the room. Wheels, battery and filters are probably worth more than ill get for the car!

The bidding has gone crazy! 102 quid now

Have you not still got your mini ratchet? breaking the car should be a piece of piss with that kind of toolery in your arsenal.

GLWTS....loved your sale description, made me smile

'sadly the aerodynamics are a little lost on it given that it can't actually drive anywhere.'

and

'Also if a one needs more photos just shout up...........of the car though.......I'm not down for anything kinky.'.......Brilliant!!!
