Sevice History Question

Hi all, I'm off to check a coupe out today that is on a 08 plate with 23,000 on the clock. What service history should it have? I'm thinking 1oil service and brake fluid change with an inspection 1 to follow. Any info would be most welcome.

Sounds about right, but it must be close to the inspection 1 at 23,000. Make sure it had the running in service at 1,200 if it’s an M. And check the rear springs!

Thanks just making sure, know all about the springs mine went at around 30000 mls on my roadster.
