Is there a way the time and date can be set automatically from the radio signal?

Not that i can find,does my head in the clock always losses time

Our 05 plate Vauxhall Combo van with the CC-20 cassette radio does automatically set the clock. For such cheap vehicle it has a surprisingly good radio. I have no idea who in their right mind would order a cassette player in 2005.
Maybe GM has a patent?? Anyone know?

It's taken from the RDS stream, but not all radios appear to do it. Mine also loses time (nav system)
