You see Maniac the smaller engines mean the cars are lighter hence being able to drive on water. Your car is just too heavy frankly.

I think that ends the engine debate once and for all.

But dont forget adaptive driving, so you need to do a throttle body reset as the car learns how you drive.

So to get the performance you need to spend a couple of mins messing with to do the reset then press sports + and then ohhh too late.

For me if you press sports its should forge about everything and give me full power.

Use the sport setting then, it doesn't affect the ride whether comfort or sport unless you have adaptive suspension.
