Set of very good 224's For Sale

I bought these off a forum member here couple of months back. They came off a Z4MC with 30k miles. I've literally just done less than 200 miles on them so I'm blatantly using some of his photos to save me the hassle  (thanks LD)

Fronts are Vredestein ULTRAC SESSANTA in standard M size 225/45/18 and have over 7mm left.

Rears are Contential CONTISPORTCONTACT M3 again the standard M size of 255/40/18.
One side over 7mm other 6mm.

That's a fair few ££s worth of rubber alone.

No puncture repairs and no damage to any of the tyres.

Wheels in great shape, no kerbing, or cracks. As with any used wheel they are not perfect, some minor fine scratches and old wheel weight sticky stuff on the inner rim but nothing that affects the overall appearance on the car and certainly nowhere near requiring any refurb.

There is a stonechip on one of the front wheel spokes (pictured) and one of the rear wheels has been marked where on the outer edge when the tyres were fitted (again pictured). The wheels look fantastic on the car as below.

They have been on my Si with no issues of rubbing etc.

Asking firm £600 given the very decent rubber left - which is a fair bit less than I paid! Nb centre caps NOT included***

Collection from Chelmsford Essex. I can box then up if needed. Please PM any questions. :)

Surprised whoever owned the wheels when the tyres were fitted that they did not claim against the fitter. I had them replace a wheel once because of that and I refused a refurb.

Hi Danderton, not in any rush to put them on as I have a lovely looking set of 108s on right now, courtesy of Mr Wilks. Before I put the 108s on I polished and waxed them first, took them to have them balanced and then put them on my car.About a week later I found the balancing weights sitting on my drive as they'd all fallen off.I also have dream red leather to put in.As soon as I do it i will post some pics.
And Darren, also good to meet a like minded Z4 owner yesterday.

As soon as you do get them on, it's photoshoot time!

It'll look excellent, two silver e85's, both with 224's. Mine with Amarone sports seats, yours with red ones. Like a slightly twisted mirror of one and other!
