Set of 17 inch daisy style alloys, brand new tyres

Screenshot_20190118-094229_Google.jpgI have a set of 4 x 17 daisy style alloys.
Brand new Accelera tyres.

Bought from forum member last november. Refurbed and had light use.

Wheels are in good condition, but not perfect, picked up a few scuffs since . I didnt think they need refurbed, but if you want perfect its your choice.

Tyres are brand new, travelled a couple of miles at most.

Collection or courier at your cost.

Looks like profiteering here.
Original seller has PM'd saying he sold for £160
Will PM seller with a warning

Does anyone know this member 'the stripler'? Because I think he's pulling my chain.
A member PM'd me saying he sold the wheels and tyres at beginning of Nov 2018 to the stripler for £160 and was unhappy with the profiteering (he has email proof)

My PM conversation with the stripler so far:

This advert has been pulled due to breaking the forum's profiteering rule:
Profiteering:
Items must not be sold for more than the original price paid by the seller including any post and packing charges

Hi Marlon,
Thankyou for the email message. I do understand the rules for selling and i have not broken any. I did buy these from a member, however i have had them refurbed at a cost of 300.00 to me on top of the 160.00 i paid for them..
So my outlay is 460.00 and i have d e cided not to keep them and have priced them considerably less than ive spent???
I look forward to your reply
Gary

Bought with the intention of having a spare set, but space in garage is tight, so letting them go.

So bought at beginning of November 2018 as a spare set and selling because theres no space in the garage and you've only travelled a couple of miles on the tyres, in yet the £300 refurb is 'good condition, but not perfect'
I will run this by the other mods and get their take on it, but its not adding up to me.

Also its odd that there's no mention of the full refurb in the sales advert :?

Maybe ask him to either uodate his ad with full disclosure or it will be pulled. He has no “right” to have his ad on here, it is our discretion.

Cheers, I've got 19's but my car is very jittery and I wanted something that would have been standard on my 2006 roadster. I don't know if they would have been staggered as standard?

According to this they aren't staggered:- http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/bmw_alloy_wheels/z4_e85_alloys/17_bmw_103_wheel_62

Strange they say they won't fit a 3.0Si though. :?

these would have come standard on the SE models i think, will definitely fit the 3.0si. They're a square set up (all 8J et47)
