None have any buckles or welds but were heavily corroded pre refurb so i wouldn't describe them as totally unmarked / unblemished .

Lovely…wished they had made them with a E89 offset…I know spacers..

Hi, does any of the corrosion show through now? Just asking re your "wouldn't describe them as totally unmarked / unblemished".

Yes some of the corrosion shows through , these are possibly 20 yrs old so not exactly unexpected though no detriment to their functionality
If you're after 10/ 10 look elsewhere , id rate these a 7 but price reflects that imo

Surprised i still have these , how cheap do they need to be :P

They are cheap enough already tbh, a powdercoat refurbishment done by the book is £360 round here. They are all busy too because of the revival in the second hand car market. Second hand car dealers are busy tarting up 10+ year old cars because they're getting good money now.

The only reason I can see as to why they may not be selling is the location, that they have no tyres and time of year. April, May time will be optimal time to shift them so you may have to wait it out :(

Must admit I have twitched on these a couple of times but as Rob says, location and time of year (bills etc) are holding me back.
They are by far my favourite wheel.

It’s possibly not the price but the fact they are not 9 or 10 out of ten. Most people on here would want their car to look as good as possible

They are the ones I was after on a car when I was looking, still like them but have 224s on mine. Keep looking at them though.

A very sought after wheel these. I’m surprised they’ve not gone
Maintenance free, unlike the 108’s that need doing every 3 years or so

Amended for accuracy. :D

I think Andy is being overly cautious with his description as he has very high standards. A set in need of a full refurb are worth about as much as he is charging. These on the other hand could be booted and put on the car and look perfectly fine without a refurb.

For me personally, its not a wheel for the e86 coupe. But, its probably my favourite wheel for the e85 convertible. GLWTS.

Can't agree there Mr Kay.
Had many different sets on this E86 & the 107s were the choice ones .

You take some great photos, and its hard to disagree when you make a great case :headbang: . Disregard my earlier post, they look fantastic on the coupe
