Servicing schedule 3.0si help?

Looking to trade up to a 3.0 si and am negotiating over an 08 with 53000miles
Its had 3 services - an oil service and brake fluid then an inspection 1 and recently oil filter (?)
I thought it was every 2 years or 17000 miles - inspection 1 then inspection 2 then back to inspection 1?

Its an Approved BMW and they've told me inspection 2 not needed until 2015 or 68000miles.

Is that correct? Can anyone clarify - am intending to go see car Saturday - is this a deal buster?

As far as I recall Paul it should be

Brake fluid is every 2 years

15k miles __ Oil service
30k miles __ Inspection 1
45k miles __ Oil service
60k miles __ Inspection 2
75k miles __ Oil service
90k miles __ Inspection 1

If the car does not do the miles it only needs an oil service every two years until the indicator tells you it needs an inspection.

Its a 2 hour journey to get down and see it so not wanting to waste time I wanted to check.

For some reason mine can go 20K between services

20K miles it had an oil
40K miles it had an inspection 1
60k miles it had an oil
and just recently at 77k it went in early for its inspection II as it was aproching 2 years although it was still showing 2500 miles before it needed doing.

I can understand if i drive it like miss dasiy but i don't

any way good luck on Saturday
