Service today

Had my 3.0 Z serviced today by my local indy garage who is a mate of mine
He checked diff and gearbox oil levels, discs and pads which was all ok.
Changed engine oil, oil filter, pollen filter (no air filter as I'd already changed that) and popped some new spark plugs in for good measure
Last job to do was to remove the CDV so I can now let the clutch out like I want to in first and second gears.
Happy bunny now knowing it's all nice and fresh and ready for my trip down to Snetterton for our bike teams first race of the season

Im guessing low mileage, what has it covered?
Mine is 7 years old and has had 3 services - the next one is due in 13,600 miles according to the service indicator. Its currently on 36k miles

I believe it had NGK Laser Platinum BKR6EQUP
