Service Overdue?

So my car has beeped at me telling me its due a distance-based service, and its booked in with BMW on Tuesday. However, I want to use it this weekend.

This is probably a REALLY nooby question, but how many miles can I get away with? Does it matter if I don't get it serviced right away and do 200 miles this weekend?

Car is a 2005 3.0 Auto, Service is an Inspection 2.

Would I ruin any "FSH" if I was 200 miles overdue?

Upto a 1000 I think bar running in which is 650-700, BMW wise

Dont worry 425 in mine before service that was feb no probs with car or service computer resets less extra milage so all right next time.
